Article "Islamic Antisemitism" by Ulrike Becker appeared in the special issue Antisemitism as part of the series "Knowledge creates democracy" of the IDZ Jena February 2020. Based on the latest scientific findings, the articles in the anthology provide an overview of the most pressing questions in dealing with antisemitism: Leading experts in research of antisemitism discuss in theoretical and historical articles questions that highlight the main areas of current antisemitic thought patterns - from right-wing extremism to the political left, Islamism, the ideological conspiracy milieu up to the so-called center. Artikel von Kai Schubert im Sammelband "Bildung gegen Antisemitismus" erschienen

Im Wochenschau-Verlag erschien jüngst der Sammelband "Bildung gegen Antisemitismus. Spannungsfelder der Aufklärung" als Eröffnung der Reihe "Antisemitismus und Bildung. Herausgegeben wird er von Dr. Marc Grimm (Universität Bielefeld) und PD Dr. Stefan Müller (Justus-Liebig-Universität Gießen). MFFB-Mitarbeiter Kai Schubert hat den Text "Israelbezogener Antisemitismus – eine Herausforderung für die Bildungsarbeit" beigesteuert. Hier berichtet er über Erfahrungen, die im MFFB-Projekt "Bildungsbaustein Israel" gemacht und Konzepte, die hier entwickelt wurden.
Der Band ist hier erhältlich. Er wird auch durch die Berliner Landeszentrale für politische Bildung ausgegeben.
MFFB führt am 21. Dezember 2020 eine Veranstaltung mit den Ko-Autor*innen des Sammelbandes Elke Rajal, Olaf Kistenmacher und Kai Schubert durch.

Becker and “NS-Comparisons and NS-Metaphors. Corpus Linguistic Perspectives on Conceptual, Structural and Functional Characteristics” by Linda Giesel.

Kai Schubert: Brochure on dealing with Jews, Israel and the Shoah in socialist countries

Kai Schubert (MFFB) published the brochure: "The Politics of Socialist States towards Judaism, the Holocaust and Israel. A comparison of the Federal People's Republic of Yugoslavia and the Soviet Occupation Zone / GDR" as volume 13 of the series nip - new research on the history of ideas, edited by Prof. Dr. Thomas Noetzel and Dr. Jörg Probst, at the Philipps University of Marburg.

Contributions of Michael Spaney and Jörg Rensmann to the Book "Antisemitism at Schools in Germany""

Michael Spaney (Director MFFB) and Jörg Rensmann (Program Director MFFB) contributed to the book "Anti-Semitism in Schools in Germany. Findings - Analysis - Options for Action". The editor Prof. Dr. Julia Bernstein provides findings from her qualitative-sociological research and for the first time analyzes historical and political findings comprising the perspectives of affected students and teachers.
Michael Spaney contributed the text "The Middle East Conflict: Caricatures, Myths and Facts", Jörg Rensmann the article "Urgently in need of reform: the image of Israel in German school books". The contributions can be read here.
The book "Anti-Semitism in Schools in Germany" was published by Beltz Juventa.
